About Me

I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate of Education. My specific focus includes studies in Health Counseling, and Public Health.  Additionally I trained in both Stott Pilates and Balanced Body methods and hold a Balanced Body certification.


My passion is helping clients through a holistic approach, bridging the mind body connection with kindness in a supportive environment. I am excited to help people reach their mental health and wellness goals. 





Each individual holds within themselves the power and potential to create healthier ways of being on the earth. With help from your wellness coach, clients can expect to discover and evaluate their own values regarding personal health and wellness. 



Pilates is a gentle physical movement practice that focuses on breath, improving posture, core stability, strengthening muscles, and increasing flexibility. Pilates is an intellectual form of exercise that attempts to engage the mind as well as the body to create movement that involve the whole person.
